Nomad Tracker is built with a "Local-First" philosophy. We believe your location history is private. This policy outlines how we handle your data.

2. Location Data

Nomad Tracker collects location data to determine which country you are in. This processing happens on your device. Your precise location history is stored in a local database on your phone and is not transmitted to our servers.

3. Photo Metadata

If you use the "History Backfill" feature, the app scans your photo library for location metadata. This scanning is performed entirely on-device. We do not upload your photos or their metadata to any cloud service.

4. Analytics

We may collect anonymous, aggregate usage data (e.g., "App Crashed", "Feature X used") to help us improve the app stability. This data is not linked to your identity or location history.

5. Data Retention

Since your data is stored on your device, you are in full control. Deleting the app will delete your local database. We recommend using iCloud Backup (managed by Apple) to preserve your data if you switch phones.

6. Subscriptions License

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, you agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
